Your role will be to communicate with customers and help them resolve any issues they encounter while using our services. You will provide support via phone, email, and chat during night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

We’ll appreciate it if you already have some knowledge of the internet and web technologies – and anything you don’t know yet, we’ll be happy to teach you during our onboarding and training process. You’ll gain a solid understanding of the fundamental building blocks behind internet-based projects and services.

What We're Looking For

• An interest in internet technologies

• Enjoyment of customer communication and problem-solving

• Excellent Czech language skills, including grammar and written communication (native speaker level)

• Ability to communicate in English (phone and email support for international customers)

• Basic understanding of concepts such as upload/download, email clients, servers, and related technologies

• Independence, responsibility, and a friendly attitude

• Willingness and ability to work primarily night shifts (20:00–08:00), including weekends and public holidays
